Horrible service.

I am not happy about DPD Laser Services, I got a message from them, I was told that they will deliver my parcel on the 5th April, they did not deliver, next thing I received a message on the 6th April, at 8am saying that I was not at the given address.

It's been a week now and I haven't received any communication.I called yesterday and I was told by Nhlanhla that my parcel will be delivered yesterday,BUT It still wasn't delivered . I called today and I was placed on hold by Mandisa because Nhlanhle said I was the crazy "caller" that she spoke to yesterday in the background while on a call with Mandisa . I don't appreciate your employees attitude and I am not happy with your service. I want my parcel delivered . Lydia
