Horrible service

I’m only giving them 1 star because I Can’t give them a zero. Horrible service from tracking a parcel to their customers service. I sent an email to customer services and Cindy- Lee rep**** but never gave me any sort of information. I ordered from Ackermans on the 29th of May, they gave me a tracking number and delivery date was suppose to be on Wednesday the 3rd of June. No tracking information was updated on dpd laser site. It just said package collected, that was in the first of June. Till today nothing has been updated and now they are ignoring my emails. I hate this company
