Horrible Service

I am supposed to return a package to Zando. I’ve received an sms since Monday that someone from DSD will be coming to collect it. No time was given and no contact detail for the driver. I’ve been waiting the whole day Monday and Tuesday and never left my house.

It was a struggle to get through to the call centre agent and they kept promising me that someone will come. I told them I have errands to run and cannot be staying everyday at home!!!! I eventually was at the mall yday and the guy came. I told him to call me so I can meet him somewhere and he didn’t. Now today I’m waiting the whole day for someone to collect the package and I have to leave my place for a meeting soon.

What nonsense service is this????? I’ll email Zando now and tell them what’s happening as well.
