Horrible service

Honestly if there was a 0 option, I would’ve given it. This is my 2nd bad experience. The first experience, the package was with DPD Laser for a week, just sitting on their floor or going out and just back to the depot. Not even attempting delivery.

So the current situation. Package picked up 23 November. 24 November - Got a sms that the delivery is out, then nothing happens 25 November - I phoned and was told my address was wrong and the driver attempted delivery. No attempt was made, I didn’t get a call, the gate didn’t call or anything. Check the address and it is 100% correct. 28 November - Package sits on floor, I phone and I’m told it will be delivered today. 29 November - today - got a sms that package is out for delivery, it is now 16:40, I don’t have much hope.

So it has been with DPD Laser for 4 business days now.

The call center agents are very nice and try to help. But in the end the general service of getting the package to the recipient is just not there.
