Horrible service and call centre

I wish there was a way to give them -stars. Dpd took my order 6 days ago and since then o have received no communication. I called the call centre and was told that my order will be delivered in 15 working days, this despite my order being marked for urgent delivery. The call centre lady was so dismissive of me on the call. I asked to come and fetch it must and was told that they won’t help me even if I come. What a horrible delivery company
