Horrible service

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Today, I received a message stating that my order would be delivered, so I made arrangements to be available. However, the delivery did not arrive as promised.

When I called the customer care number, I spoke with Rose, who unfortunately demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills and telephone etiquette. Rose, if you're not equipped to handle customer interactions, perhaps you shouldn't be in a customer-facing role.

I'm frustrated not only with the company's miscommunication but also with the unhelpful attitude of the customer service representative. Please improve your communication and customer service.
