Horrible Service

Horrible service. The drivers have zero patience, I got a delivery now and the driver called twice and I heard him the second time and as I was unlocking my door to collect the driver threw my parcel over the gate. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a courier company. Amazon uses them and unfortunately you can’t choose the courier service. I hope Amazon stops using them because their service is pathetic.
