Horrible service

Friday morning called them to change my delivery address, was advised everything as been sorted nd new address will be used since the parcel hasn't left the warehouse.. Yesterday 18.09.2023 my parcel was delivered to my old address. I called them literally 4 minutes after delivery since I tracked it. Was advised they can't call driver to go fetch it, an escalation needs to be sent etc. No accountability from their end. 24 hours later and still no feedback from them. Parcel is still at the wrong address.. Worse they saw I called Friday morning
