Horrible Service

The worst courier ever, I made a purchase at Makro on the 27th August 2026 to is the 4th September and I haven't recently parcel. When I called Makro they told me DPD has collected my parcel however they misplaced it.

I don't understand why stores are using such an *********** courier service
