Horrible service

If I could give less I would, I called twice on the day to confirm delivery and was assured it would be delivered, later on in the afternoon they updated to Delivery attempted, Absolute lies I was home the entire day staring at the front gate like a excited child, they never bothered to call either, I can understand if they are busy or something came up so they got delayed, but instead they ****, ************* and Amazon trusts them with our parcels
