Horrible Service

Ordered my Son’s Grasshoppers at Bolton Shoes Monday/Tuesday last week and was told the shoe will be delivered latest Friday 2/03/23

Friday Morning, received text saying they will be out for delivery and the waybill number, My mother had to take a day off and guess what?no delivery was made

Called them on Saturday morning and was told driver had”Excessive “ delivery not sure what that means, and was told AGSIN that I get a text Today as confirmation still no text,

Called 3 times already and would be placed on hold till I run out airtimes,last time I called was told that the driver will col me still nothing it’s over an hour now

In thst parcel there’s my son’s school shoes which we were given till Friday 02/03/23 at school to wear branded shoes that that don’t allow anymore apart from grasshoppers hence bought em

Today MY SON dint attend school bc he is suspended to some stupid delivery that never took place and unprofessional driver services that they don’t even bother to call for the shoes that are already paid for
