Horrible service

Extremely disappointing service from DPD Laser. My package was scheduled for delivery on 31 March 2026, in time for my wife’s birthday. This was clearly communicated and confirmed by DPD Laser, yet the delivery did not take place as promised. Instead, it was delayed for three consecutive days with no explanation and no proactive communication from the company. Because of this delay, I had to stay at home waiting for the delivery and missed three days of work, resulting in financial loss and serious inconvenience. More importantly, DPD Laser’s failure completely ruined a special family occasion that cannot be replaced. What makes this experience even worse is the total lack of accountability. There were no updates, no meaningful apologies, and no effort to manage customer expectations. Reliable delivery and clear communication are the bare minimum one expects from a courier company. Unfortunately, DPD Laser failed on both counts. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service if timing and reliability matter
