Horrible service

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my order, which has been with DPD at the depot since the 26th. I reached out to DPD on Friday, the 5th, and was assured that someone would contact me within five hours. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any communication or responses to the emails I’ve sent.

Today, I contacted DPD again and spoke with two different representatives, but both ended the call without providing any feedback or assistance. I would greatly appreciate an update on my order will delivered
