Horrible dpd laser

Courier comes to my gate takes a pic and leaves, does call as per delivery note. I call the company on 31/10/2022 and was promised delivery on the 01/11/2022. On the 01/11/2022 the driver does the same and does not deliver the package. I called in twice on the 01/11/2022 and not one person was willing to help and escalate the mater. Really horible customer service.
