Horrible Delivery Service

The service I received was disgusting, especially if that’s the company policy. I had a delivery from Cotton On and they used DPD Laser but I couldn’t collect so I got someone to collect for me. The delivery man Khulekani Khumalo, scolded me and hung up before my contact arrived. A minute later, the person arrived, to no avail. He was rude and I reported him to the customer service lady but as expected, she couldn’t do anything. The service at DPD Laser was shameful.
