Horrible delivery service

I've ordered twice on cotton ons website and sadly they use dpd laser as their courier service and on the first time I ordered the driver made a note that he phoned but he didn't phone at all, he just didn't show. For the second time now which will be the last time I order on cottons ons website because of their putrid delivery service, I was suppose to receive my order yesterday and low and behold I didn't receive my parcel. I emailed dpd later and they did not respond to my email and I resorted to chatting an online customer service representative on cotton ons website and they didnt even try and compensate for the inconvenience they caused (FOR THE SECOND TIME), they were having a delay on the delivery but sent no email out to notify me or to apologize for the inconvenience they have caused . DISGRACEFUL AND PUTRID DELIVERY SERVICE
