Horrible customer service

Honestly if you can’t deliver package take it back to buffalo logistics because what the point keeping it yet you know you won’t deliver it. My package has been with you since March, the delivery update said failed then I called you for assistance you tell me nonsense that you couldn’t contact me the package is in the warehouse. Last week I got an sms telling me my order is out for delivery but that evening the delivery update said failed, how?! I want my package delivered!!!! Don’t come with your nonsense and lies!!!! Do the right thing!!!! If you can’t send my package via postnet or send it back to buffalo logistics…. BUFZA***YQ
