Horrible customer service

What a horrible customer service received by this courier company, I ordered on adidas online on the 16th of December to date no updates from them, I wrote emails no response, even the calls are not attended to

At this rate I might just want my refund from Adidas. this courier company is bad bad I wouldn’t Recommend it!
