Horrible Courier Company
This is one courier company you cannot rely on. They do not answer phones when calling. They do not update tracking accordingly. They take their time to deliver packages in their possession. I will not recommend them at all.
They always have high volume calls when calling them. And if you are lucky enough to get your call answered you should hope that the agent does not cut your call at all. Or while waiting in the que you should also hope that your call is not dropped or cancelled by them.
They can go learn how to do business from much more reputable Courier Services. Also their staff is arrogant.
Unfortunately I cannot state my exact thoughts on this matter.

And according to them their system is lie-ing when it says taken receipt of packages. It doesn't mean they are in possession of the package. It just means it is with the sender still.
