Horrible

If I could give zero stars for this in order to comment, I would. If I see a parcel needs to be delivered by DPD, I cringe! 99.9% of the time the parcel is delayed because they send it to the wrong depot. If a parcel is due with Courier guy or TakeAlot - excellent service and on time delivery!
