Hopeless courier company

What is going on with Lush cosmetics SA and the DPD laser courier My parcel which is a high value parcel has not yet been delivered it's been week 2. I am very disappointedand angry that I bought online form LUSH.Both this companies are a mess. This is crazy and insane. Dpd customer service is disgusting. I can't track my parcel. If you order online always check which courier company do they use because this one is hopeless and useless.

The delivery company does not know where my parcel is and no communication from them that they cannot find my parcel only to find out that it's in limpopo while I'm in Freestate.... What the hell Lush has no idea what they are doing I am so disappointed I will put this on social media and the delivery company is hopeless and useless . I will never buy from you again
