Good day, I am lodging a complaint regarding my missing SHEIN parcel handled by DPD Laser. My parcel was due for delivery on 17 April. I was not home at the time, but I never received a call from the courier asking whether I was available or if they could leave the parcel with someone else. While driving home, I received an SMS stating the parcel was delivered to a “helper.” I do not have a helper, and no neighbor received the parcel either. When I contacted DPD Laser, I was informed that the parcel was actually lost, and I even received an email confirming this. Despite admitting the parcel was lost, DPD Laser later marked the parcel as successfully delivered. Because of this false delivery status, SHEIN is refusing to refund or replace my order since their system shows it as delivered. I request an urgent investigation and correction of the false delivery status so I can receive my refund or parcel.
