Gatvol by the poor servuce

I wam disgusted by service i am getting at DPD, i am expecting a parcel which they sent a sms this morning and i called at 07:32 spoke to a Nabeel who advised my parcel will be delivered between 12h00-14h00 this afternoon. I speciafically asked for a time because i also need to go on with the business of the day at 10am i was called by Oscar asking if i am home, i told him i am not home i was told in the afternoon from 12 and he hanged up the phone. I called back no answer when i sent him a whatsapp vn explaining the given time bu the company he advised its non of his problem i must see what i will do he was in the area and will not go back. I just called dpd now spoke to Lindokuhle who is lying to me saying the parcel is on the way not knowing what the driver said to me and she refused me to speak to a manager i told her what i was told this morning when i called and what the driver told me she insist its out for delivery time now is 12:43 and given time was 12:00-14:00. She confirmed their calls are being recorded and i asked that her manager listen to the call i made this morning where i was given time. I am home left everything that i needed to do to honour the time given by DPD & fast& furious.
