Frustrated and Disappointed with DPD Laser Delivery Service

I’m deeply disappointed by the poor delivery experience I’ve had with DPD Laser. My address was captured correctly, yet I’ve been unable to receive my order simply because the driver failed to call at the gate. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the service agent I reached at +***3 was dismissive and rude, offering no real assistance.

It’s unacceptable that a simple delivery has turned into such an inconvenience due to a lack of communication and professionalism. I expect DPD Laser to uphold better service standards, ensure proper driver protocol, and train customer service agents to handle customers with respect and urgency.
