False delivery reports

My package was out for delivery yesterday, but was never delivered. This morning I checked and it says delivered on their tracking site, but no delivery was made. Their call centre is no use as I just get put on hold, then the call is ended from their side.

My package is till not delivered and I cannot get any info from them as to what is actually happening to my package.
