FAILURE TO DELIVER AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My parcel was supposed to be delivered last weekend and they kept saying they'll check what's going on. After many times of emailing and calling them , I woke up to my tracking status saying " Exception" and they still haven't delivered my package till this day.
