Failed delivery

I am logging this public complaint regarding my Shein parcel (Shein Order: GSH1RR02U002343). My parcel was marked "Out for Delivery" on 25 August. It was NEVER delivered to my address at 1 Park Lane, Wierda Valley, Bidvest Bank Head Office. Since the 27th of August, DPD support has given me non-stop conflicting stories—claiming a driver said it was delivered, yet the tracking status says "out for Delivery / "Delivery Failed." When I pushed for answers, their support team casually admitted on Facebook that they have "over 10,000 Shein parcels on the floor" and cannot locate my box. This level of disorganization and laziness is unacceptable. The driver made a false scan, and DPD refuses to do a physical floor check. I want DPD management to step in, locate my package at the JNB depot IMMEDIATELY, and deliver my clothes to my office today.
