Failed delivery, ***********.

I am very disappointed and frankly getting furious, one of their four selling point for choosing them as a courier company is their on time delivery. This is not the first time that I have struggles with them, specifically the Rustenburg branch, now they have send my parcel on the wrong truck three times in a row, I even called today to make sure it is on the right truck, but once again we got a failed delivery message saying wrong address. This is an extremely fragile and valuable package and they send it on a truck 200km in the wrong direction three times!! How many times can they make the exact same mistake over and over!! I really hope they keep their word that it will be delivered safely if it eventually gets here.
