Failed Deliveries, Zero Communication, Endless Frustration

Oh my goodness, what a horrible experience. If you can avoid this company, do so.

The delivery drivers somehow manage to mark delivery attempts as failed despite making little to no effort to contact the recipient. No phone call, no message, no doorbell — yet somehow the delivery cannot be completed. Who exactly are they trying to contact?

The entire process is frustrating, inefficient, and completely lacking in customer service. Tracking updates are unreliable, communication is non-existent, and getting a package delivered feels impossible.

This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. A company responsible for handling customers' parcels should be able to perform the most basic part of the job: actually delivering them. Unfortunately, DPD Laser Delivery seems incapable of doing even that.
