Fail miserably

My request for delivery was made on Thursday last week to deliver a parcel from Johannesburg to KZN Eshowe My payment was done the same day and I was told Dpd would collect the next day , Friday came and went , The weekend came and went Monday came and went - my phone call Monday afternoon said that someone would come and collect my parcel that evening Tuesday came and went I have then made a new plan to get my parcel to KZN as now i am behind in my working schedule and dont want to fail my client , and am now going to fight for my money back I have never known a company to promise a service and there is no back up or help desk to do so Dpd takes your money, but fail to deliver not only your parcel but fail in collecting Fail in delivering and fail to get back to you when they cant keep their end of the agreement Failed Failed Do mot pay for a delivery that is not going to happen
