F@cked up service

So i placed an order with Shein over 3 weeks, eventually on Friday 10 Oct, it was said my parcel is out for delivery with DPD, at 8 in the morning. At 15:40 it says "We couldn't complete your delivery. Please feel free to contact us" i called them the Sat and i was the told the wrong driver took the package, how the hell does that even work. the lady says it will be delivered on Monday. I said to her PLEASE let the driver call me when they deliver she says yes. Today 10:02 out for delivery, at 11:16 signed by James, who the **** is James, im a woman and no1 has called me. this is the first time im dealing with such an *********** company. When u deliver sumthing u ask for proof of identity u dont just give the package to any **** tom n harry, now they wana ask me about cameras. I swear if my package is not delivered by COB 2moro, u will hear from my lawyers !!!!!!!!!!!!!
