Extremly poor service

This courier is really the worst courier company I have EVER dealt with. This is now the third week of NOT receiving my parcel.We had to change the adress now for the 3rd time.Even though they called us to confirm the adress and it was confirmed my us the parcel is now being sent to Groblersdal!I live in Centurion!!!! When calling their call centre you constantly get moved down the line and the call is never answered!!!! This is rediculous!! I truly hope that they contact me as this is the worst service ever!!!
