Extremely poor service - RS***5

A parcel sent from Myrunway on my account to my brother in Lebowakgomo, was "supposedly" delivered on 07/01 at 15:57 to a neighbour V. Mothupi whom we dont know as they just moved in and my brother hasnt met them yet, my brother was in the house if the courier driver had just hooted or called he could have collected his own parcel, now V Mothupi is nowhere to be found and DPD Laser contacted my brother to say he must wait when the driver comes to Lebowakgomo as he (driver) claims that he has it on record that my brother asked V Mothupi( who my brother doesnt know) to take his parcel. For this dishonesty to justify unprofessionalism i am deeply dismayed.The drivers name is Tshepo Madimetja i will never use your services again and will not buy from any store that uses your services .
