Extremely poor service

Extremely Poor Service.

I received incredibly poor service from DPD Laser. The driver responsible for delivering my parcel failed to do so, and I received an SMS claiming that delivery couldn't be completed due to an "address error". However, I checked my address details and they were correct. I also tried calling the driver several times throughout the day, but there was no response. When I contacted DPD's customer service, the representative told me their notes indicated the driver couldn't reach me. WHICH no call was attempted. When I call Dpd, they can't do anything but wait for driver. When I ask for manager my call gets dropped.
