Extremely Late Order Collections & Delivery

DPD Laser deserves a negative rating! As a Makro Marketplace Seller I'm struggling with customers whose parcels are set to be collected and delivered by DPD Laser. They take FOREVER to collect, even when contacting them multiple times they promise to collect and never do. Only after 2-3 weeks they might decide to collect. This is totally unaaceptable. You need to learn how to do business from Courier Guy, they never dissappoint.
