🚨 Extremely Disappointed with DPD Couriers! 🚨

I feel compelled to share the absolutely terrible service I’ve received from DPD.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday—nothing arrived. I followed up on Monday and was told the driver couldn't complete all deliveries, but the lady assured me she would log a call to ensure delivery that same day. Again—no delivery.

Today, I followed up again and was told I wasn’t available yesterday, which is simply not true. I was home the entire day and never received a call or any attempt at delivery. When I expressed how urgent the parcel was, I asked if I could collect it from the depot instead. She said she couldn’t give me the address and someone would phone me. Two hours later—no call.

I phoned again, spoke to another lady who then told me the parcel is out for delivery right now? What is going on!?

She did give me the address this time, but now I'm stuck trying to phone ahead to confirm the parcel is there before I drive over—only to find:

One number doesn’t exist

The other just rings and cuts off with no answer

This is beyond frustrating. Unreliable service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I really hope DPD sees this and does something to fix their broken system. I rely on my deliveries, and this has caused unnecessary stress and delays.

DPD—you need to do better.
