Extremely disappointed

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service from this courier company. I missed one call from the driver while I was in a meeting — and not even 30 minutes later, I received a message saying my delivery will only be made tomorrow. No follow-up call, no attempt to wait or contact me again. Just one missed call and that was it.

It’s frustrating how quick they were to give up on delivering my parcel, especially when I had been expecting it today. Life happens meetings happen and a single missed call should not result in such poor service. The lack of flexibility and urgency is honestly unacceptable for a courier company.

Do better.
