Extremely bad delivery service and communication. Pathetic!

If I had the option of no stars I would choose it. Worst delivery experience ever. Waiting for a delivery from Shein through DPD laser/ Dawn Wing. Currently Thursday afternoon, should've been delivered by Monday. They keep giving excuses and more excuses. Tired of bad service. Wish Shein would recognize how bad these companies are and use different couriers. It's absolutely pathetic.
