EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!

There was an issue with delivery of my parcel, I called to ascertain what and to reschedule delivery for the next day. The agent I spoke to was not only helpful, but went the extra mile to make sure that I receive my parcel today. I was not even expecting delivery to still happen and the delivery guy was as friendly as the agent! What a pleasure it was to receive such exceptional service!
