Even Eskom has better service delivery than DPD Lazer/Dawn Wing

DPD or Dawn Wing can’t even pretend to be couriers! They phone you to tell you they are delivering and then don’t show up, then claim they don’t have your address. I have 3 tickets raised and they just ignored it. I phoned several times to enquire about my parcel, they don’t have any contact with the drivers and keep assuring you the package will be delivered, just to get you off the line. Then you see on the tracking that they “couldn’t deliver” but the system never shows the parcel out for delivery…. This whole week they claimed to either not have my address or not have my number… regardless of the fact that I’ve e-mailed and phoned them each time providing everything.
