Empty promises, no delivery, no contact for management

Regardless the fact that many parcels had been delivered to the same address previously all of a sudden the address could not be found when the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 2 Feb. When tracking of the parcel was done, I was told that I will be contacted by DPD customer care. 7 Phone calls later, and lot of empty promises still now parcel is delivered. No manager can be reached and when you phone you are put in the queue and have to hold on to just speak to the next consultant who is making empty promises. Onedayonly should really not use this courier company as they totally unreliable. I have another parcel that was supposed to be collected by the same courier company and still it is not done! Which I had a choice which courier company I could use!
