Empty promises

Worst delivery company to deal with, actually gave up on my purchase. I tracked my delivery to see what was the issue and it stated failed delivery so i called in and they needed my complex name and unit number and promised delivery the next day. I waited and did not want to leave my home for that day in anticipation for my delivery. Parcel was not delivered, i then get a call from the company on a Sunday and it was missed and i could not contact them back on that number. I contacted them again on Monday to enquire about my delivery and was yet again promised delivery and yet again not delivered. So another day passes and i make contact again and they say yet again it will be delivered the next day which i don't believe any longer. The best part is my order is for Adidas South Africa.
