I attempted to open a prepaid account with DPD Laser on the 8th of March 2025, submitted the required documents and made the obligatory deposit of R1000. By the 17th of March I requested a refund due to no response from them whatsoever and had to involve someone I know whom works for them in a completely different department because the email address on their website bounces back. The employee that dropped the ball in the first place then contacted me to set things right but I had already lost faith in the performance of this company. I had to send emails and follow up on a weekly basis as to where my refund is and now another 8 days later I get an out of office reply with another email address to contact for assistance only to get a reply that they can not assist me and I have to wait for her to return. What an *********** company! Please be aware and choose your courier company carefully!
