PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I ordered sneakers from Adidas and they shipped it using this unless company. Mind you the address is there. To my shock the parcel says it’s delivered but not to me. I called immediately and I was advised it was signed for by my security- which security?? They tell me the name of the person and I said No I don’t know who that person is. The lady by the name of Dikeledi logs a ticket for me and advised there is no TAT. So I say fine just ensure that the matter gets resolved. I get an email from them advising that the ticket has been closed because the parcel was delivered at BMW! What the HELL!!! Did the *********** fool not see my address?? And who gave him the right to hand over a parcel to another person without confirming with me. To top it off the email from Phindile says it’s by BMW- I mean how many BMW are in Centurion??? A whole adult responding like a toddler. Which BMW? Why would I be the one having to drive around to look for it??
