Drivers not even attempting to deliver items.

I have still not received items I ordered online. Since 17 December it has been out for delivery at least 4 times. I wasn't contacted once by a driver attempting to deliver my order. Each time the driver just indicates that delivery could not be made. I was contacted twice by DPD to confirm the delivery address, which is correct.

During the last conversation with a DPD agent, I was mentioned that the drivers are just lazy and don't even attempt to do deliveries. Take note that I have paid a delivery fee for my order - it's not a free service. When I pay for delivery I expect the goods to be delivered.
