DPD WORST distribution co ever

Bought from Outdoor Warehouse. Parcel picked up on 3 December 2023 by DPD Laser. According to Tracking on their site, would have been delivered on 5 December 2023. Also contacted them in late afternoon, and delivery was confirmed. No parcel delivered. Saw on tracking the next morning it has been rescheduled, and after phoning, again, found out "should" now arrive on Friday 8 December, a WEEK after they picked it up. It is the WORST delivery/distribution company I dealt with. Not sure why anyone still uses them.
