DPD- WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

I was promised that my parcel will be delivered on the 15th. Next best thing , on the day , I receive another notification saying that my parcel could not be delivered. I then called to enquire and was told the parcel was handed to wrong driver therefore it wil not be delivered but also the person I spoke to promised to ask if they can make a plan to get it delivered on that day. She also promised to call me back with an answer but never did. I called back later that day and spoke to another lady who advised me that the parcel was never even scheduled to be delivered on the 15th and that the first lady I spoke to was lying. She also advised me that the first lady also didn't make any notes on the system regarding my enquiry. I asked if they can make an exception to deliver on the 16th( Saturday) and was told that they don't deliver on Saturdays . However , I saw one of their delivery vehicles driving around not far from my home ( my delivery address) . Not even 2 kilometers from where I stay which just goes to show that they could have also delivered my parcel on Saturday seeing that they were in the vicinity. I think Puma should change their courier service because DPD does not honor their promises!!! If I had to choose, it would never be DPD.
