Whatever you do, do not use DPD for your parcel, firstly their service is poor and consultants are extremely rude. I waited on the line for over 20 minutes for a consultant to drop my call while she promised to put me on hold. I sent multiple emails checking why my package is not collected was advised that someone will come collect, the driver came and collected and stole my parcel i am saying they stole my parcel because now when im tracking why the parcel is not delivered i am told it was never collected, no remorse no apology no call made to follow if really the package was not collected. In my whole life i have not seen such a disorganised team, i called this morning after been dropped and waited another 20 minutes only to be told by Thembi that they do not have a reference number for the call, are you guys running a ****a shop because WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE OF A BUSINESS IS THIS??????????
