DPD pathetic and unprofessional

DPD laser was sent to collect a parcel from my residence over a month ago and have somehow mislaid the parcel. I am now in a position whereby I have lost money due to this. I’m writing this review to all companies using this courier service to rethink ur choice. This is pathetic and very unprofessional.
