DPD Nightmare

The worse service I had ever received . You think Eskom's load shedding is bad? You know nothing . 1st time using them they kept on sending me texts saying they came to my residence to drop off my parcel and they were LYING ,they did not pitch at all as I was home everyday of that week. I eventually had to track down their CPT warehouse and go fetch it myself . The staff were so relaxed and said to me "they closing now can I come back tomorrow, mind you I travelled 30kms to fetch it, I had to demand my own box and the manager promised its the first time they're *********** and it wouldn't happen again .

Silly me, I seem to like punishment cos I tried them again this week . A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN ! I am waiting for something that hasn't been picked up for 4 days now . The call center keeps putting me on hold for close to 10 minutes , my emails are not being answered. I'll never again use this ridiculous service !
